General Conditions of Sale

This Website is independent of any public body. Our website belongs to a private company that acts as an intermediary between the client and the official agricultural and fishing departments of the Spanish regions.

Spain Fishing provides a management, assistance, and processing service aimed at facilitating the acquisition of official fishing licenses. The user can also obtain these licenses directly from the government websites for a lower fee (the official tax price). Our service adds value by providing an English interface, expert support, and handling the bureaucratic process.

Costs and Payments

The cost of our service includes the official government taxes and our management fee. The total amount is always indicated clearly before payment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Guarantee and Refund Policy

Our Guarantee: Most licenses are delivered within 24 hours. If we are unable to process your license due to administrative errors or requirements we cannot fulfill, we will provide a 100% full refund of the service fee.

By requesting our service, you authorize us to begin the management of your request immediately. Once the official license has been issued, the service is considered fully executed and is no longer eligible for a refund.
